Matt Hart
Matt Hart is the author of twelve previous books of poetry, including most recently FAMILIAR (also from Pickpocket Books). He was a co-founder and the editor-in-chief of Forklift, Ohio: A Journal of Poetry, Cooking, & Light Industrial Safety from 1993-2019. The Head of Creative Writing at the Art Academy of Cincinnati, and a faculty mentor in the PNCA/Willamette University Low-Residency MFA Program, he lives in Cincinnati where he plays in the post-punk/indie rock band NEVERNEW and edits, solders, and publishes the poetry journal SOLID STATE.
